Det Neste Steget understands that not knowing what to study is tough. In Norway, one out of three students drop out of higher education with no degree. This is a serious problem, and by creating software solutions that allow pupils in upper secondary school to choose a path of study they are well suited, we aim to solve this problem. By facilitating and structuring reflection for the users, our software enables young people to choose a path of study they find engaging, exciting, and fulfilling.  Our team is located at INSJ, the University of Oslo's accelerator. The accelerator is to be found right next door to StartupLab, right in the middle of Oslo Science Park, which is one of the city's most exciting startup-arenas. Intense work and playful banter with other startups blends into an energetic, social, and challenging environment, where personal development, learning, and fun is in focus. While maintaining a solid and structured work-ethic, we make sure to enjoy beers with our neighbouring startups on Fridays, and participate in social and educational events hosted by INSJ. This is the ideal environment for meeting exciting people and developing one's career - Two birds, one stone!
