BRØL -  fiercly independent beverage innovators, brewing, fermenting and experimenting but most of all  empowering to upcycle surplus ingredients. We transform what is not utilized from our food system, forests, wilderness, gardens, and crafting it into delicious beverages. BRØL is a combination of Danish words for bread and beer translating directly to 'roar'.  We ROAR for business activism, offering a delicious way to tackle a truly global issue - one sip at the time!
