MISSION Better Living Projects holds a mission to create new skills and employment with a durable income for unemployed women in India through sales of ethical textile products in Norway. WHAT WE DO We set up locally managed sewing centers in Indian rural communities which holds the capacity to produce textile products tailored to the Norwegian market. The creation of safe working environments, decent work with stable contracts and living wages is our prime focus. OUR PRODUCT Better Living provides new skills and job opportunities for women by delivering sustainable B2B textile products. Our quality products are guaranteed ethical and environmentally conscious. During the first year, we have established ourselves successfully in the B2B-market with our first product, personalized GOTS-certified organic totebags of high quality. Today, we deliver custom-made totebags to 25 companies all over Norway, all from cafés and co-working spaces, food stands at food courts and cafes, to sunglass companies and real estate companies. We recently expanded our product portfolio to t-shirts, aprons, and kitchen textiles made of GOTS-certified organic cotton of the finest quality.
