At Baser we are on our journey in changing the market for base products. Base products(?!) you might think. To be exact - parasol bases and christmas tree stands. We have made an awesome patent on a new type of locking system that simply does a better job at a reasonable price in the mass market. So naturally we have a pretty international mindset and we really like our high quality coffee. Our team is pretty young ranging from our youngest sales guy at 21 to our age-president at 35.
Our culture is deeply rooted in the principles described in the 7 habits of highly effective people. This means we value proactive employees taking responsibility, a deep curiosity to learn, eagerness to share your expertise and a willingness to pitch your ideas when you have it. Our team consists of young people ranging from 21 to 35 years, and we have succeeded only because we truly allow people to be humans. Humans fail, but as we say in our team fail is First Attempt In Learning. No 21 year old man can close a deal with the largest DIY chain in the Netherlands without knowing that it is OK to fail. This is our culture. We let people grow and we give them the right tools to succeed no matter their background or experience.
