We combine IT solutions so that you can collect all your communications tools with us. The most fundamental definition of who we are is that almost everyone who works here has had an earlier background with non-profit organizations. The two cornerstones of our philosophy are that we want to do more than just be in business and allow everyone who works with us to be a partner in our work. Our first idea was to contribute something to our community and we thus give back at least 5 percent of our profit each year to non-profit organizations working preferably within technology and teaching technology in any part of the world. Our second thought was to ensure that everyone who works with us should be partners and co-owners of the company, essentially making sure that everyone feels a sense of purpose and ownership towards the company. As a company, we are very informal. Our core values are to try to innovate and to think (and help others to think) in new ways. If anyone has an idea, they can type it down on the interface on which they are working and share it with everyone.
