About the job
As a Full-stack Engineer at Vouch, you'll be a core part of our small, dedicated team, building the future of recruitment. You will work across our entire technology stack to create an AI-native system that empowers recruiters, removes noise, and brings a human touch back to hiring. This isn't just about coding; it's about shaping a product that solves real-world frustrations for millions.
Design, build, and maintain features for our AI-powered recruitment platform.
Collaborate directly with the founder and other team members to define product strategy and roadmap.
Improve system architecture for scalability, performance, and reliability.
Write high-quality, tested, and maintainable code that makes a direct impact on our users.
Contribute to our engineering culture and best practices as the team grows.
Must haves
Proven experience building and shipping web applications with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js).
Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and understanding of its ecosystem.
Experience with designing, building, and maintaining APIs.
A solid understanding of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
