Must haves
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
Demonstrated ability to source, screen, and engage candidates effectively across various channels.
Strong understanding of modern recruitment methodologies and best practices.
Experience with ATS platforms and candidate management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
