About the Role

RenOcean AS specializes in subsea and seabed intervention services for offshore energy and marine projects, delivering precision, efficiency, and safe operations even under challenging conditions. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a pivotal figure in our growing team, taking comprehensive responsibility for leading complex projects from planning and mobilization through to final delivery. This role demands a unique blend of strategic oversight and hands-on operational detail, positioning you as the key link between clients, management, logistics, and our offshore operational personnel.

Must haves

• Operational experience from maritime, offshore, or subsea sectors.

• Proven project management and control experience.

• Strong understanding of project economics, reporting, and commercial considerations.

• Experience with client dialogue and contract follow-up.

• Practical understanding of logistics and operational management.

• Fluent in written and spoken Norwegian and English.
