As our Marketing Manager in Oslo, you will be the driving force behind Nike's brand presence in Norway. You'll adapt our global marketing strategies to create resonant and impactful local campaigns that connect with athletes and consumers across the country, solidifying our position as a leader in athletic footwear, apparel, and equipment.

Develop and execute local marketing campaigns that capture the spirit of Nike and resonate with the Norwegian market.

Manage and optimize the marketing budget for Norway to maximize impact and drive brand growth.

Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform strategy and identify new opportunities for engagement.

Collaborate closely with global teams, including frequent travel to the US, to ensure brand alignment and share local insights.

Lead, mentor, and potentially grow a small local marketing team to achieve collective success.

Must haves

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience with B2C brands.

  • Experience managing marketing budgets.

  • Deep understanding of the Norwegian consumer market.

  • Ability to translate global strategies into impactful local campaigns.

  • Comfortable with frequent travel to the US for collaboration.
