As a QA Tester at Swiipe you will:
Create test plans and test cases based on requirements and design documents
Perform manual testing to identify bugs and defects in our plugin-based products and our websites
Test our products on different operating systems to ensure compatibility with different devices and browsers
Create detailed bug reports with screenshots, step-by-step explanations of how to reproduce the issue, and any other relevant information
Report the bugs to our IT team using our task management tools
Work closely with the product development team and our customer support to stay informed about any big releases coming up, any existing issues, feature requests, or unique customer cases
Continuously strive to discover all the ways to abuse our products and setups (so we can fix it 😊)
Continue to learn and improve, so you can optimize your workflows, get more efficient and grow in your role with the team and the company
In other words, you will be our quality control, ensuring the products we ship are looking and working as expected, and are ready to be used by our customers.
