What you’ll be doing
Focusing on motion, you will work on engaging and on-brand creatives spanning over Toca Boca’s channels and ad platforms. You’ll be creating animations for our target audience daily, with the ultimate goal of turning users into long term fans.
You’ll support our Life World marketing strategy by creating marketing visuals for ad campaigns and app releases with content like YouTube trailers, Instagram stories, TikToks and more.
You’ll create engaging and compelling short promotional videos like brand sizzles and showreels. But you won’t be alone, you’ll collaborate with other animators and artists in developing existing and new storytelling formats. Both colleagues at Toca as well as freelancers, brand partners and production studios. So you’ll get to review and feedback on animations and assets created externally, to make sure animation fits with our styles and audiences.
Is this you?
You are an experienced 2D animator who loves character animation and can demonstrate a firm knowledge in character acting and storytelling.
You have advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and have experience using illustration, design layout and motion graphics to visualize your ideas.
You know how to create fun and engaging marketing material and social media content that resonates with kids and captures their attention.
What we’ll be looking for in your portfolio
We’ll be looking for great animations with a lot of personality and energy and we’d love to see examples of how you’ve rigged your own characters and props.
