Senior Data Analyst

Gamma Kid is growing their business within in the Nordics and to the office in Stockholm we are now searching for a Senior Data Analyst who thrives within a consultant position where you get the chance to work with industry leading companies.

As a senior consultant you will be;

• Responsible for data extraction, cleaning and building data analysis metrics system.
• Research the requirement for data analysis, establish data analysis framework system, output data analysis report and modeling report, etc.
• Selecting the most appropriate data mining algorithm according to business characteristics, and carry out data modeling, analysis and mining.
• Providing data analysis support for the client’s product and business development.
• Collaborating with the global Data/AI team to build up data service capability for Nordics region.

You are experienced in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs. You are also able to handle concurrent tasks in multiple customer environments.

Experience and background

We believe that you have at least 5 years’ experience working as Data Analyst and that you are familiar with working with datasets in this domain, applying statistical analysis to these datasets. You are also experienced with data analysis methods such as cluster analysis, correlation analysis, test analysis, variance analysis, etc. as well as working with Descriptive and Predictive Analytics.

You have proficient experience in SQL and other structured query languages, R, Python and other statistical analysis tools or languages, and BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.

Former experience from massive data mining projects with successful cases is a plus. Also if you have industry background of Manufacturing and Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics knowledge.

With your experience, you can understand the customers broadly from a business need and technical point of view and develop tailor-made solutions / offers based on this.

You have a relevant IT education and given your interest within the area you keep up with new technologies and trends.
