You will be working closely with our Head of product development as well as our developing team, participating actively in long term design decisions as well as executing day-to-day design tasks.

You are deeply empathetic and able to craft solutions based on the needs of different users. You are honest and truly passionate about delivering a product loved by users. Previous startup experience is a plus. You don’t need to speak Swedish as our working language is English.

We are looking for a designer eager to play a significant role in creating a unique new product. You must be ready to experiment, learn and be ready to be part of building category-defining experience. You share our passion of fostering cohesion and fun at work and want to work hard to enable teams across the world to feel as if they are together. You have the guts to challenge in a humble way, and the creativity to serve users with ideas they had no clue that they were asking for. You are available full time and you’re in it for the long run.

What do you bring along?

• Demonstrated experience in the fields of UX, interaction and product design

• Deep knowledge of UI, and eye for detail

• Fluency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma

• Experience with design systems

• Passion for simplicity, focus on customer experience 

• Ability to analyze user insights & transform them into ideas and action

• Ability to design and create quick prototypes and user tests to evaluate ideas

• Digital product background and experience in working together with developers is a must; gamification background is a plus

• Graphic design skills and interest in illustration is beneficial
