We acquired our first paying customer 4 months after starting the company and have since gone through the Kiuas Accelerator in Fall 2020. Now we're looking for our first sales hire to accelerate our growth.
We're looking for a self-starter that can:
Build pipeline and take ownership of the whole sales cycle: from prospecting to closing deals
Establish, measure, and optimize the outbound sales channels
Elicit customer testimonials and feedback, and turn that into new sales material
Communicate improvement suggestions with product development team
Contribute to building a strong company culture
Learn quickly and improve constantly based on feedback
Ideal experience
Selling to customers with ~10M+ revenue
Selling martech/salestech products to CXO/VP level decision-makers
A good sense of B2B SaaS businesses and what metrics drive them
Startup experience establishing a scalable sales process
