At Eat Grim, we’re on a mission to fundamentally change the way people eat. From our headquarters in Copenhagen we deliver “ugly-by-nature” and surplus fresh fruit and veg directly to people’s homes in the form of a food box subscription, as well as supply food businesses with sustainable produce. We inspire a growing community of people in Denmark and later this year in Sweden, to reduce food waste by celebrating all of nature’s weird & funky shapes, colours and sizes - in food and people alike.
We are looking for a part time dedicated Customer Success Specialist with a passion for customer service. You will be the face to our customers and turn them into ambassadors - we call them Grimlings - by providing professional, timely and friendly customer care. You’ll inspire and empower our customers to take action against food waste and to become part of our ugly movement, which welcomes all shapes, colours and sizes - in food and people alike. Customer success is a new area and under development, so we're looking for someone who is willing to take on new responsibilities as the team grows and therefore play an active part in building our Success team from scratch.
Your responsibilities
You’re the face to our customers, ensuring they receive amazing customer service by answering inquiries through hubspot and zendesk, phone, and social media and in person, which will ultimately drive customer retention, upsales and advocacy.
Managing our customer accounts on help desk & CRM platforms zendesk & hubspot.
Keeping our FAQs up to date.
Working closely with our internal and external pick up spots and the staff there to maximize the customer experience.
You understand and communicate our customer’s and partner's needs, issues and motivations to our internal teams and play a vital role in continuously improving Eat Grim.
Ad hoc support, marketing, communication tasks.
About you
1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a B2C environment.
Excellent and confident in written & spoken communication.
Danish native speaker and fluent in professional English and Swedish.
A self-starter with initiative and self-motivation; we are a small, busy team so this is vital.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Experience using help desk and CRM software.
You love helping others, building positive relationships and resolving conflicts with our customers and partners.
You’ve got the skills to understand the customer’s desired touch level, and know when to intervene and create a safe space for addressing issues.
You’re proactive, able to identify issues and opportunities and act quickly.
Knowledge in the food, tech or subscription industry is a plus.
A genuine passion for our mission to fight food waste.
About this position
Application Deadline is Tuesday, February 2. We expect to have you started in Mid February.
This is a part time position. Availability Monday to Friday is the rule, but you will also work weekends and holidays, taking turns with other customer success members.
The start date is as soon as possible and latest mid February.
Salary commensurate with experience and skills and is subject to negotiation.
