We are a startup and we develop most of our tools. Our small team keeps on delivering new features for the app and our software. That's why we need a first-line to deal with bugs and explain improvements to the teams, especially to customer service.
As technical support, you will interact with the product development team, operational teams, and the customer support team on a daily basis. You will be responsible for first-line support in any issue involving the Hackyourcloset.com app or our own software and systems.
This may evolve towards a position as a junior developer.
Responsibilities:
Providing help and answers to the customers' technical issues through the identification of the problem itself, research on answers, and subsequent provision of guidance
Support employees in using fully the software
Evaluation of the systems' problems to recommend enhancements
Requirements:
Graduated or currently studying in IT or other related technical fields
Knowledge of Javascript, React
Knowledge of Firestore or another NoSQL database is a plus
High customer and service orientation
Well developed communication and analytical skills
Good problem-solving skills and focus on quality
