About The Role

We are looking for a first-line product specialist who takes pride in understanding the customer and can provide great support when the going gets tough. As our ideal candidate, your technical interest, team spirit, adaptivity and empathy. In our Customer Success team, we believe we are all responsible for our great ship's ability to sail, be it through calm waters or through a storm, and we are proud of our "all hands on deck" attitude.

What you will do

• Provide our clients, partners, and leads with the best experience possible.

• Work with our second-line team in order to resolve more difficult technical tasks.

• Work with our CSM team in order to resolve more difficult contract negotiations.

• Be an expert in our platform and products.

• Help manage our external support center.

• Work with our finance department in order to resolve finance queries.

• Pass on clients', partners', and leads' product feedback to our product team.
