We are looking for a Community Manager/Assistant for GrowthClub, an online community for founders. You have the ability to work independently without a lot of guidance and support; you see what needs to be done and you make it happen.
As our Community Manager, you will assist in onboarding the new members of our community. This step is the first contact our members have with GrowthClub and aims to welcome them personally, getting to know them, presenting how our platform works in detail and explaining the next steps.
Growth Club is a 1-on-1 video call community for founders and entrepreneurs. Our mission is to help them connect and benefit from peer support through structured video calls to get feedback, insights and to build genuine connections with like-minded people through a vetted community.
Responsibilities
Handling the onboardings
Answering to questions members of the community may have
Assist and collaborate closely with other members of the team in their tasks
Requirements
Fluent English skills, both spoken and written, clear accent.
Availability to work 20h+/week. There might be a possibility to expand to full-time in the near future
Being able to "read the room" and act accordingly
Comfortable on camera/video call
Comfortable interacting with members online
Organized and able to work independently
Nice to have: Experience with social media management
Starting ASAP
Salary: depending on your skillset, minimal as its a junior position.
