Glostars is a Finnish start-up that aims to make photography a rewarding hobby or profession for people around the world. Launched in June 2020, we have already acquired users from 100+ countries. Currently available on Android and we've been rapidly introducing new features for creators around the world to experience pure photography as well as a sense of challenge, networking and community. We are now looking for an energetic & self-driven sales professional to join our team. And that might be you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identify and develop customer database
· Develop sales strategy and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
· Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or a related field
· 3+ years of experience as a sales representative or sales manager for digital products
· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
· Strong business sense and experience with media and/or SaaS industry
· Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
· Fluent in English. Finnish and other Nordic languages are considered to be a plus
WORK HOURS & BENEFITS
