Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to be located in Espoo, or remotely in Finland. The position is full-time with some flexibility to finalize studies.

The product you would be developing is a software solution that builds a digital twin of an organization - to understand how things are today and what needs to be fixed. Our product is a mix of data mining, analytics, and an intuitive user interface.

Workfellow.ai is a venture-capital funded company, and you would be working closely with industry-expert founders in a tech team to design and implement new features for our software. Our vision and customer expectations steer our work, so a full stack and can-do attitude is a must. Currently, we have a full-stack developer and a data scientist in our tech team, and the team is growing fast!

What we would expect from you:

• The most crucial piece of the stack is the ability to learn the technologies as you go, but naturally, you should excel already with some (Python or Javascript, and SQL)

• Experience in web app development (React, Django)

• Cloud experience is a strong plus (Azure or AWS)

• The curious and adaptive mindset with an ability to prioritize

• SaaS product development, startup experience, or other interesting projects would be something we’re always keen to learn more about

• Knowing what the 80/20-principle and changing hats mean and being comfortable with that

• Graduated or just graduating in Computer Science or similar (M.Sc. preferred)

• EU work permit
