You’re right here because you – hopefully – got the skills to play a central role in filling the gap between customer requirements and product roadmap implementation of our In-ground Data as a Service product portfolio. Spiio - a very short introduction 

We help sports turf professionals save money and labor time by managing their golf courses and sports facilities. Our product is a wireless sensor that tracks soil moisture, temperature and data from the ground hour by hour. The data helps to keep the complete overview – anywhere, anytime. Our customers? High profile golf courses in the US, great American football teams, baseball fields, Champions League soccer clubs in Europe and multinational agriculture fertilizer companies. 

Spiio is founded with sustainability in mind and is tagged in publications in relation to the UN's sustainable development goals. 

Why do we need you? 

For many reasons! We need you to be responsible for filling the gap between customer requirements and product roadmap implementation of our In-ground Data as a Service product portfolio. That includes proprietary hardware, web- and mobile apps, and API partnerships for agronomy professionals. You’ll be involved in development processes making detailed scoping of service design and UX in collaboration with sales, customer success, and R&D teams. 

The role - what you will do

  • Responsible for launching new services that result in xx increase in MRR/ARR

  • Scoping of new product concepts including communication and alignment between R&D and Sales 

  • Enrich feature requests with proper documentation for implementation

  • Project management of new feature exploration and user testing

  • Collaboration with VP of Product to meet deadlines of the product roadmap 

  • Customer Success tasks with customers online and in the field

  • Conduct user experience research and reports to management

  • Create and manage product feedback loop structure 

  • Promote our roadmap and new innovative features 

  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies of new products or features 

We imagine that you...

have more than five years of experience in product management and development. And you have a deep passion for new technological innovation. In the perfect world, you have experience in everything mentioned below. Yet, we know that the perfect world doesn’t exist. Anyway, it would be preferable if you:

  • Master prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision and Figma

  • Are proficient in English for business 

  • Have a proven track record of project management 

  • Master project management tools such as Jira or Asana 

  • Have a great understanding of business development 

  • Have flair for social media, content creation and branding 

  • Are experienced with service design and UX evaluation frameworks

  • Are experienced with quantitative and qualitative user testing methodologies
