Pluto Technologies is an early-stage, machine learning startup using AI monitoring of infrastructure to support better and safer roads. We collaborate closely with our customers and empower everyone on the team to share inputs and ideas for improvements. Our mantra is one sprint meeting per week to keep our focus on building rather than talking.

Your contribution:

We're continuously improving our machine learning models - both in terms of capabilities, accuracy, and speed. As a computer vision engineer, you will be responsible for the iterative process and implementation in both python and android (kotlin / java). As we're a small tight-knit team, it will also be valuable if you're able to contribute with dev-ops and on our back-end to support your everyday tasks.

Requirements:

• You have 2+ years of experience with SOTA computer vision

• You have coded and trained neural networks from scratch in either TensorFlow or PyTorch

• You have 2+ years of android development experience

• You have a strong mathematics foundation

• Experience with Postgres

• Experience with Git

• You communicate clearly in English - both written and verbally 

Bonus if you have experience with any of the following:

• .NET Core or C#

• PostGIS

• Implemented deep learning models on edge devices

• Dev-ops

• Front-end

The role could also be an internship for the right candidate.
