Nixa.io is led by pioneers and thought leaders within the recruitment sector and we’re backed by industry experienced founders and investors. We're a team of 7 people working remotely across Norway, Poland, and Romania. All of the co-founders have an excellent track record within the recruitment industry and have previously built and scaled multiple companies.
Right now, we're an early-phase start-up with a huge potential in the fast-growing remote job market. We’ve actively been testing the platform for the last 12 months, and we’re already working with and hiring for global companies. To accomplish our growth successfully, we’re in need of an extraordinary business developer to join our growth team. This is an opportunity to influence and participate in an early phase startup on a mission to disrupt traditional tech recruitment. As our Business Developer, your primary responsibilities will be:
π Executing sales/growth strategy and activities
π― Identify new business opportunities and fuel growth in regional markets
π« Establish, develop and maintain extraordinary business and customer relationships
π Defining client profiles and perform needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
π Preparing sales material (pitch deck, sales presentations, demos, templates etc.)
β Prospecting: Identify potential clients and create prospect lists for outreach
π Cold-calling/-emailing: Contact prospects and book meetings
π Coordinating sales efforts with CEO and conduct sales meeting if needed
π Preparing offer and contracts for clients
πͺ Close deals and onboard new clients
As our Business Developer, you will get the chance to influence:
πΌ Sales strategy: Identifying and defining our customer segment, market position and product/market fit
π» Product/service strategy: Defining product roadmap
π° Price strategy: Price and payment models
π Growth Hacking: How to build sustainable relations with clients and candidates and how to nurture this relationship over time?
Excellent written and verbal English skills
Located within Central European Timezone (+/- 4 hours)
1-3 years of professional experience with sales (preferably with lead generation, cold-calling, and sales meetings)
Some experience managing or leading full sales processes. This includes identifying and attracting new clients, understanding business needs, conducting sales presentations, negotiating terms, and onboarding new clients.
An interest in recruitment, tech, and SaaS platforms
Outgoing, ambitious, and eager to gain experience with sales and growth hacking in a tech startup environment
Structured, flexible, and able to manage different tasks at the same time
Self-going and takes ownership of tasks, but loves to be part of a team
We do not require experience with full-cycle sales, but it is, of course, a bonus if you have some experience working with parts of the sales process in a B2B setting. If you have an interest in tech and/or recruitment - that’s a huge bonus as well. We want to find a person who can fill this role full-time remotely or from Norway HQ. We will unfortunately not accept applicants from candidates outside our defined timezone.
