Chief Operating Officer (COO)

We are looking for a COO to take make!mpact to the next level!  

Make!mpact is !mpact. Make!mpact is a community. And Make!mpact is also you. 

As our COO, you will report to our CEO and become part of the Management team. 

In your role, you will contribute to set the overall strategy for make!mpact, in close dialogue and collaboration with our Head of Business Development and other members of the Management team.

As our COO, we expect you to oversee the moving parts of the organization, ensuring projects are on track, all while making sure that our value proposition is applied in every corner of the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with our CEO in setting and executing the strategy for the various growth stages and products within make!mpact.

• Collaborate with the CMO in bringing forward our thought leadership in the market across online and offline touchpoints, ensuring best-in-class impact investing solutions.

• Lead an international and diverse team of Sustainable finance analysts, Event Managers and Data Specialists.

• Ensure suitable operations and process management.

• Optimise operational processes.

• Implement strategies into operations.

• Drive key change and transformation initiatives.

• Shape the future of our business.

This role is an extension to the already founding team as part of their ambitious growth strategy.
