New project. This is not a job in Make Influence (you will get shares of this new project)

Are you an ambitious, well-structured, and talented UI/UX designer, who has a hidden entrepreneur gene?  

We are in the process of designing a platform where subscribers pay a fee in order to see content from all their favorite influencers. Maybe you've heard of Only Fans or Patreon, which run a similar concept. However this platform will have space for many more players, and we already have a wide catalog of influencers we can use for traction for when we're ready to launch. As co-founder, you will also receive shares. 

Who are we? 

We are three founders who own and operate Make Influence, which is an influencer marketing platform with over 1200 screened influencers. Make Influence launched in January 2019, and today consists of 16 full-time employees across our Danish and Ukrainian offices. We have ambitions to grow quickly, and our goal is to have 45-50 full-time employees by the end of 2022. We therefore have a lot of resources to draw from, which makes it easier for us to succeed on the new platform we want to build.  

Our new project  

Our new project, as mentioned above, is where influencers can share exclusive content with their followers in exchange for a monthly subscription fee. When the platform is ready, we will be able to share it with our 1200 influencers, which will give us traction from day 1 📈 🚀  

It’s worthy to mention here that we have conducted a business case on another platform, where we have a turnover of more than 600,000 DKK in a few months. We believe the potential is huge. 

OBS: We need a full-time co-founder in-house located in Denmark/Copenhagen (no remote work and no consultants) 

About  you  ✨ 

• Minimum +2 years of experience with designing UI/UX for web/mobile solutions  

• Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail-oriented  

• You’re good at receiving and providing feedback, always able to take a step back and understand points of doubt from other people's perspectives.  

• You can clearly communicate the reasoning behind your design choices  

• Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing team  

• Ambitious and self-motivated team player who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow with a company and keep pace with our ambitious growth targets  

• Fluent in English  

• Experience working with Figma and Photoshop  

Your  role  🤝  

You’re converting input into descriptive concepts, prototypes, and wireframes that our developers can translate into code. You’ll gather feedback and analyze insights about how our users behave and interact with our online platform, when it is live. 

You’re thinking about interactive design that doesn’t only solve the business's needs but is also easy to understand for the end-user. You’re going to streamline the user journey for a complex system with many different flows and touchpoints.   

You’ll also have to work with participatory design and facilitate workshops that actively involve other team members to ensure results meet their needs.  

You’ll be reporting to the co-founder Kasper, but will work closely with both our danish and Ukrainian team.
