What are we doing? 

Lenus is a fast-growing software company building an intelligent nutrition and workout solution that helps personal trainers, dieticians and other health professionals scale their business while preserving a high degree of personalization. This is achieved through our full-suite personal trainer CRM platform and coach-branded web and mobile apps for end-users to follow meal and workout plans, track progress and stay in touch with their coach.

As the market leaders in the e-health industry, we are growing exponentially, why we need more supporters to continue, and enhance, the service we are providing our coaches and their clients. 

As a Support Engineer, important tasks are to

  • Ensure a high level of support and service for coaches and clients.

  • Communicate and solve complex problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical colleagues in the UK, DK and SE.

  • Actively take part in improving our products.

  • Solve technical challenges for our customers and your colleagues. 

  • Be ready to face a steep learning curve.

What we hope from you

  • 💁 Experience in customer-facing positions.

  • ⭐ You are service-minded, outgoing and persistent.

  • 🇩🇰 You must possess excellent English and Danish written skills - Swedish or German is a plus.

  • 👩‍💻 Proficiency in SQL and any other programming language is a plus.
