Oveo is looking for an exceptional Sales Leader to further support our expansion and growth into the European Market. You will be responsible for growing, developing, and managing a team of 6-8 Account Executives and Sales Development Reps, selling to companies between 50-500 employees in Europe. With deal sizes ranging from €5-20K ARR and short sales cycles, the ideal candidate for this role is someone who understands how to build and manage a high velocity sales process and can impart that knowledge onto their team; leading by example and actively participating in sales engagements. As someone who loves to coach, you will be expected to continually educate and inspect your team’s performance and pipeline through regular 1:1s, training, and deal reviews.
This role will work closely with the CEO to develop the European GTM strategy, iterating and improving on existing processes as we scale.
Your role:
Hire, develop, and manage a team of 6-8 Account Executives and Sales Development Reps. covering key European markets
Work with the CEO to create the European GTM strategy
Develop quarterly and annual business plans for European accounts, including marketing programs, partnerships, and direct sales efforts
Help quota carrying reps reach their targets through coaching, deal support and best practices sharing
Manage key customer relationships at both strategic and tactical levels to support your team and deliver results
Work collaboratively with the management team on key projects
Promote Oveo’s values and drive that culture throughout the team
Build a culture of learning and development
7+ years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a people leadership role
Proven experience successfully growing and scaling sales teams at a SaaS company
Consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals in excess of €500K EURO
Proven ability to attract, hire, and retain top talent
Strong grasp of sales process and methodology to qualify and close new business opportunities
Highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency and “getting the job done”
Experience developing an incredible work environment/culture
A leadership style that delivers results through a healthy balance of proven strategy and creative approaches to all aspects of the sales process
