Thanks to our fast growing revenue stream with double digit monthly growth rates - we're now looking for a Student Assistant in Support to help us continue our growth in Denmark, Germany, Sweden, UK and beyond.

We are on our exciting but challenging mission to become a Unicorn. You are going to be the one responsible for making sure our customers continue to experience the best service, especially in Denmark, Sweden and UK.

Qualifications

• 💁 Experience in customer-facing positions.

• ⭐ You are service-minded, outgoing and persistent.

• 🇩🇰 You must possess excellent English and Danish written skills - Swedish or German is a plus.

• 👩‍💻 Proficiency in SQL and any other programming language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Solve problems for our customers and your colleagues. 

• Be ready to face a steep learning curve.

• Communicate complex problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical colleagues.

• Actively take part in improving our products.
