RESPONSIBILITIES
A Full Stack Developer combines frontend technologies like HTML, CSS and JavaScript to create beautiful interfaces for the perfect user experience. On the backend they are able to build applications, design databases and develop servers, creating the backbone of any project. In short, a full stack developer’s skills should revolve around stacks like LAMP and MEAN that include all the technologies required to build a complete and professional website or application.
THE PROJECT
We are collaborating with a client who wants to build the world's largest site for city comparison for people that want to move citizenships permanently. Adding an overview over key metrics relevant when choosing a place to settle (cost of living, pension returns, salary rate, corruption rate, weather and +20 other metrics). The client wants to provide an emphasis on the financial consequences of moving, as they plan to include city and county specific metrics relevant to managing personal wealth (such as income tax, capital gains tax, dividend tax etc.). The vision is to become the Tripadvisor/Momondo within the space.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Front End
2+ years experience in client-side web technologies
JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS 4+. JS-based build tools like Grunt, Gulp, and Bower are also encouraged.
Web fundamentals like HTML, JavaScript, ES6 and CSS
CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS
Libraries like jQuery or Backbone.js
Front-end (CSS) frameworks like Foundation or Bootstrap
AJAX
Electron experience is an advantage
Back End
2+ years experience in server-side web technologies
API design and development
CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete)
RESTful Services
Web fundamentals like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Server-side languages like Node.js, J2EE, Apache, Nginx etc.
Database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Frameworks related to their server-side language of choice like: Express.js, TypeScript etc.
.Net and C# experience is an advantage
Secondary Skills
Mobile languages such as Ionic 3, React Native etc.
Education: Software/Engineering Degree or equivalent
Excellent English communication skills
PRACTICAL DETAILS
Location: Copenhagen (Denmark). The applicant must have a valid CPR and yellow card and must have the right to reside and work in Denmark.
Start date: dependent
Work schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive, depending on skill level and experience + Large share of equity for performance and experience
