As COO you will be a key member of our management team. With direct reference to our CEO, you will collaborate to set the overall vision and strategy for Nøie and have the responsibility for the efficiency of the business. The goal of the COO is to secure the functionality of the business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

A few of the key responsibilities:

• Responsible for all day-to-day operations and administration of a business

• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

• Oversee and secure third-party business operations (including purchasing, supply chain, production, fulfilment, distribution, VAT and customs)

• In addition, our skincare R&D, SCM and Community Care will report directly to you

• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth and evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics

• Establish policies that promote company culture and vision

• Participate in expansion activities (investments, corporate alliances etc.)

• Lead supplier negotiations to secure our gross margins and profitability 

• Manage relationships with partners and vendors

An experienced operations leader with a proven track record from a consumer scale-up with at least €15+ million in yearly revenue

We are looking for an experienced COO to oversee and develop our organisation’s ongoing operations and procedures under rapid international growth, and who is used to an agile development framework and is comfortable in formulating international operations strategies, budgets and forecasts.

Furthermore, we are looking for a great leader (people and business) with an analytical mindset and the ability to understand and balance driving healthy operations under high growth and rapid development. And last but not least, a person who possesses high-level communication skills (internal and external) and aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.

Experience with fast growth is a must and an understanding of the dynamics of a direct-2-consumer or e-commerce startup is an advantage.
