This empowers companies to transform into modern elastic organizations and it creates a new more inclusive reality for freelancers.

We are a highly ambitious VC backed startup which was founded in April 2020. We have seen incredible initial traction with our MVP and have already onboarded customers like IKEA, Verisure and multiple smaller startups. 

We are now ready to manifest and build our brand even further and are looking for someone who wants to join us in shaping the future of work.

As a Content & Social Media intern you will generate content for our social media platforms, newsletters, blog posts and general marketing material. You will create and distribute content, with the main goal of building brand awareness, enhancing our social presence and boosting engagement.

What you’ll be working on:

• Build the Teamway brand by raising awareness through various social media platforms, newsletters and other marketing material

• Create and distribute effective and highly engaging content on social media, in newsletters and blog posts

• Design and execute campaigns to boost engagement, and inform our audience and potential new audiences about Teamway’s development

• Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns

• Assist in creating and distributing press releases on a variety of media outlets

• Work in close collaboration with the design lead(former Spotify and Klarna) to ensure a streamlined brand message

 You’re offering these qualifications and experience:

• Study / have studied a BA in: marketing, PR, journalism, communications, multimedia, or a similar relevant field

• An amazing eye for aesthetics and high attention to details

• Comfortable working in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments

• Ability to demonstrate effective written & visual communication skills

• Problem-solver with self-starter mentality, always looking to improve processes

• Fluency in written and spoken English a must

Please note this is an internship (unpaid position). Successful internships will have the opportunity to achieve a permanent position. We are looking for someone who can join us asap and we are reviewing applicants on a rolling basis.
