JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM AT HEALTHTECH STARTUP WELLDIUM
We’re a small but growing team based in Copenhagen and the Netherlands, and we’re looking for a remote Native German-speaking Business Development Consultant to support our growth journey. This is a short-term position of four months with the possibility of extension.
Welldium is a venture-backed HealthTech startup on a mission to support the shift in the focus of our healthcare system from treating symptoms to addressing root causes instead.
We help functional medicine practitioners with supplying their patients with high-quality supplements at a lower price and in a more convenient way and break through the non-transparent and complex supplement industry.
The job
As Business Development Consultant you will work directly with our co-founder, Tina, and help execute our growth strategy over the next 4 months. You will work closely with our customers, healthcare practitioners, and make sure we onboard, activate and retain them efficiently.

To bring our company to the next level we are working with a structured growth process. As an intern you will join our weekly growth meetings and run your own growth experiments.
Responsibilities
Finding new customers and fostering current relationships. For that it is a big plus if you have experience with the following:
Outbound sales and building relationships with potential customers
Analytical tasks and pipeline marketing
SoMe and email marketing
It’s a plus if you have worked in customer service

Run own growth experiments on a weekly basis
Perform ad hoc tasks, mostly related to growth (sales, customer service, etc.)

Have (minimum) a bachelor’s degree within e.g. Business, Marketing, Communication or similar
Speak English and German fluently
Have startup experience (from internships, project work or similar)
Are eager to drive a positive change in the healthcare system
Get energy from speaking to existing customers and love being their go-to-person
Are ambitious, have a strong inner motivation and a positive mindset
Have a winning attitude - knowing that there are easy days and hard days and the ability to get through them both

The practical details
Welldium is started and funded through the Venture Capital fund, KRING. That means we are working in the KRING co-working space where we are sitting together with the KRING core team that supports us in our venture building.
Timeline — We are reviewing applicants and doing interviews on the go. We are looking for the right person to start on as soon as possible.
