Who are we looking for?
To help drive the value our brand and retail partners receive from working with Revieve, we're looking for a Customer Success Manager with a focus on Data Insights.
You'll need to be fluent in data and analytics as well as have a good understanding of technology-products. Ideally you have experience in producing insights from data and suggesting technical solutions to drive results. If you've ever been involved in working with e-commerce analytics, even better.
You have experience in working with fast-growing companies with international teams. You have an aptitude and desire towards learning and a strong bias for action and initiative-taking.
What will you be doing?
Our Customer Success Manager will:
1) Lead projects from implementation to business results, leveraging internal and other resources to support partners.
2) Monitor customer data, health indicators, renewal process and growth opportunities and translate into strategies for success.
3) Build and nurture relationships with partners. Capture & understand customer feedback and propagate in the organization.
4) Continuously work with data to drive high-quality insights for the partners to ensure success of partner journey.
5) Deliver and communicate the results, business impact and recommendations with reports.
What should you know?
Our ideal Customer Success Manager will have:
1) Knowledge of customer success processes and procedures, experience promoting value through the customer experience
2) Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes and projects simultaneously. Ability to prioritize and respond quickly in an ever-changing environment.
3) Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and other key business outcomes.
4) Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools. Understanding of analytical concepts and statistical techniques would be a preferred.
5) Experience in business analysis and insights reporting function where data was analyzed to influence strategic decisions is highly desired.
6) Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
7) Ability to work with diverse, multi-geographical partners & team
8) Excellent communication, collaboration skills.
9) Self-sufficient & self-driven
