Make Influence is a Danish tech startup, founded by passionate entrepreneurs and hardcore developers. Our platform offers customers a data-driven and performance-based approach to influencer marketing. It allows businesses to gain clearer insights into the effectiveness of their influencer marketing investments. We are growing rapidly, and are therefore looking for another Customer Success Specialist who wants to be part of our dynamic team.
As Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for customer success and customer retention. You will act as a trusted advisor and point of contact, develop long-term relationships and success plans for customers, and ensure that maximum value is obtained. You will report to the CMO about the health of the customer success department.
Responsibilities:
Drive Customer Success and increase sustainable proven value for both our Customers and Make Influence.
Drive and develop optimal onboarding process and ensure the best customer experience through the client life cycle.
Own the success of assigned customers by understanding customers' business needs, and deliver strategies catered to their influencer marketing goals and objectives.
Manage our general customer-facing support channels like live chat, email, and company phone.
Proactively manage customer health and address customer issues throughout the post-sales engagement with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction.
Look into data and gather insights across different systems that can be used to improve processes and the customer experience.
Amplify the voice of the customer internally in the company to optimize product development, product optimization, and marketing focus.
Work alongside the Sales, Marketing, Influencer Success, Product Dev. and founder team.
About you:
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Relationship Management at SaaS company, or in a digital marketing environment is preferred.
Experience building and maintaining relationships while working to reduce churn, drive engagement and revenue growth.
Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
You have an analytical mindset and enjoy working with data with a critical approach in order to deliver proposals and strategies.
Experience working with CRM systems is considered a plus.
You're an innovative and creative thinker, with a can-do attitude who enjoys taking responsibility and solving problems.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills which inspires confidence with our customers.
Ambitious, and self-motivated team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
You're friendly and enjoy talking to different kinds of people, while being part of a company culture that has a strong focus on the social aspect.
Passion for technology and being a part of a fast-growing ambitious team.
Native Danish written and oral communication skills.
