What we're looking for

Easysize works with fashion online-brands and helps them increase sales conversions and lower returns. We gather valuable insights about shoppers' onsite behaviour, fashion and size preferences. To be able to share those insights with our customers, we're looking for a Junior Business analyst.

This a remote position and is perfect for a student or someone who's just starting their career in BI and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Regularly review and analyse performance metrics through the Internal analytics dashboard.

• Analyse benchmarks and create suggestions on a client-basis on how performance and user funnels can be improved.

• Prepare regular performance reports for clients.

• Participate in developing a new set of analytical tools for internal and external use.

• If required, participate in customer calls to share additional insights.

• Suggest new metrics to track and new insights to show to customers.

Qualifications

• Academical or practical in business analysis and business intelligence

• Advance use of Excel, Google Spreadsheets, statistical analysis tools

• Attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluent in English

• Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage
