Easysize is looking for an experienced Front-end developer to help us build and improve features into our services.

This is a remote position.

The candidate, ideally, is React-focused, understands modern technologies and is not afraid to get their hands dirty.

Start date: ASAP.  

Responsibilities

• Create new features or parts of applications

• Develop components and libraries that are reusable and future-proof

• Confident in using UI/UX designs or wireframes to create the respective code and the application, as pixel-perfect as possible

• Use your knowledge on React.js and its lifecycle to maximise components performance across different devices and browsers

• Website improvements

Essential skills

• JavaScript, ES6

• React Js, Redux

• Node.js

• CSS3, SCSS

• Comfortable working on their own initiative and as part of a team

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs

Desirable

• Basic understanding of MySQL

• Ability to read and write simple SQL queries

• Some experience with ORM

• Some experience with component libraries like antd or Material UI

• Desire to grow, learn new things and possibly take on more responsibilities in time

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in the field

• Attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluent in English

• Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage
