Administrative Assistant

As an administrative assistant you will work closely with the CFO with budgets, accounting, analysis and reporting. You will be responsible for the salaries, invoicing and office tasks, and gain knowledge within all the departments of the business as you are in contact with the whole team regularly in different areas within the administrative aspect. This is an opportunity to gain experience within many areas of the company in a highly dynamic and engaging work environment.

Who are you?

You have relevant work experience or education. You are an ambitious and trustworthy person with interest in helping others both internally and externally with all your insight in different areas of the company. You handle hectic periods and know how to deal with prioritization and structure. You also have great communication skills and an eye for details.

Responsibility

• Running accounting, bank reconciliation, communication with the accountant and auditor

• Monthly reportings, analysis and annual accounting in cooperation with CFO/accountant/auditor

• Salaries

• Reporting to the CFO

• Invoicing and registration

• Office responsibilities 

Experience and skills

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics or other relevant field

• Experience from similar responsibilities

• Experience with Excel, and preferably with Tripletex or other accounting software

• Norwegian and English speaking

Tise is a social marketplace in the Nordics. We have operations in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. The app makes it easy and inspiring to sell and buy second hand. Like Instagram, you can like, chat and add filters and text, and follow other people's profiles. The app has grown tremendously and has now over 1.4 million registered users and nearly 120 000 daily active users. In Tise we have created a committed community and we have great faith in making the world a little more sustainable by developing the way we act. The team now counts 33, and is expected to double in the next two years. 

As the platform is a combination of a social media and a classifieds site, we benefit from revenue initiatives related to both. Around 40% of our revenue comes from advertising and partner related activities, while 50% comes from activities more related to the process of users buying and selling. 10% of our revenue comes from our web shop for eco-friendly basic goods, Tise Basics. In September, the total revenues amounted to around 2.5M NOK, resulting in a run-rate of roughly 30M NOK.
