Glostars is a Finnish start-up that aims to make photography a rewarding hobby or profession for people around the world. Launched in June 2020, we have already acquired users from 100+ countries. Currently available on Android and we've been rapidly introducing new features for creators around the world to experience pure photography as well as a sense of challenge, networking and community. We are now looking for an intern to help us with marketing and partnerships building. And that might be you!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support marketing campaign planning and execution
· Prepare content for social media, emails, and other marketing channels
· Identify, contact and negotiate with potential sponsors, business partners e.g. logistics companies
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
· Bachelor’s degree obtained or completion in process (degree in marketing, business, or a related field)
· Successful completion of introductory courses in marketing, business, or equivalent
· Applied understanding of basic marketing principles
· Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
· Interest and experience in market research
· Self-starter with ability to work independently
· Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other language is a plus)
· Comfortable with remote working environment
