Responsibilities:

As a technical writer at Kisi, you’ll be responsible for the external and internal documentation of our products, including API documentation. You’ll work closely with the tech and product teams and learn the ins and outs of the digital access control industry. To be successful in the role, you need to be a talented communicator, have a curious mindset and a strong interest in new technology. 

• Writing and editing technical documentation, with a priority on the API

• Collaborating with our internal teams of developers and engineers to learn and demonstrate an understanding of product functions and limitations

• Adapting content to suit different audiences and channels

• Improving and updating existing technical documentation

   

Note: This role is an internship/contract for a certain period of time. Potential to become permanent position for the right candidate.
