We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-paced technology company and help to find and recruit the best talent. You will handle our full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing talent and attracting candidates, to interviewing, evaluating and hiring great employees.
You will be finding talented people from all over Europe to join our diverse teams. This includes the recruitment of talents in the fields of Marketing, IT and Development, Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Accounting. Specifically, you will:
Source potential talents and build as well as manage talent pipelines through online channels (e.g. LinkedIn)
Find, review, and screen applicants to determine the best team fit
Educate, excite and sell candidates on both the opportunity and the organization
Schedule, coordinate and execute candidate interviews (including phone, first-round and second-round interviews)
Closely collaborate with our Head of HR and hiring managers
Report on the status of open positions
Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers
Create, update and publish job descriptions
Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain data integrity of all information
Requirements
You are passionate about recruitment and are eager to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment. You take ownership and pride over your projects to effectively bring the best talent into Ageras. We expect that you are an outgoing and ambitious person with a positive personality and can-do attitude. To us, your teamworking skills and your personality are key.
You have:
1+ years’ experience in recruitment (preferably internal recruitment or from working in a recruitment agency)
Near-native Danish language skills and excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
BSc in Human Resources or relevant field
Extensive knowledge of full-cycle recruiting with a focus on providing exceptional candidate experience
Strong knowledge in running a structured interview process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to build strong relationships, both internally and with potential external candidates
Familiarity working with an Application Tracking System
