Avallone is looking for a Student Assistant with a natural instinct for Project Management. You will help us scale across Product Management, Customer Success, Strategy, Sales, Marketing and Finance, while gaining a holistic understanding on how to build a business. 

This is a unique opportunity to learn and grow across a company, while taking on a wide array of responsibilities and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building the Outbound Sales setup, e.g. Create Ideal Customer Profiles and lead lists for specific sectors

• Support Product Management with research, setting up product requirements etc.

• Create presentations and strategic analysis for Board of Directors and others, e.g. on competitive landscape 

• Assist in building the Customer Success framework, e.g. best-in-class welcoming flow, and support welcoming and implementation of customers

• Take lead on projects within Inbound Content Marketing etc.

Requirements

• Holding a bachelor and currently taking a master degree on CBS or University of Copenhagen within Strategy / Finance / Marketing / Sales Management / Business with at least 1 year of study remaining

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• A force within Project Management (very comfortable with structure and planning)

• A keen eye for details and coherence 

• Comfort with deadlines, a high pace and big ambitions

• A great team player with a ‘get stuff done’ attitude

• Fluency in spoken and written English

Bonus Points

• Prior relevant work experience in corporate or start-up
