You'll be a key player in a young and dynamic team. The company is in rapid growth, and has expanded from 3 founders to 14 talented colleagues in 2020 🥳

Your role 🤝:

You must help the CTO secure the direction and progress in the development team. This includes the daily stand-ups, priotizing, analyzing and describing detailed task specifications.

Facilitate workshops with relevant stakeholders with the help of our UX designer.

The development team currently consists of 2 backend developers, 4 frontend developers and a UX designer. We have remote developers in Ukraine, and therefore require you to travel a couple of times per year with our CTO.

Your responsibilities 🎓:

• Translating business needs and demands into implementable features for our developers

• Maintaining the backlog so the development team understands it's content and priorities

• Help our development team with questions about features

• Plan and coordinate sprints with our CTO

• Release management (Making sure new code goes live without issues)

• Ensure that the roadmap/sprints are progressing

About you ✨:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience

• Fluent in English (Danish is not required)

• Strong technical skills

• Knows everything about scrum and agile frameworks

• Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented

• You’re good at receiving and providing feedback, always able to take a step back and understand points of doubt from other people's perspectives

• Clearly communicate the outcome of each task

• Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing team

• Ambitious and self-motivated team player who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow with a company and keep pace with our ambitious growth targets 

• Experienced in working with task management tools like Jira
