The Sales Development Representative is an essential part of the success of the sales process! We are currently forming a brand new team to contribute to the future growth of Falcon.io. Do you want to be part of it?
Researching new markets, building a pipeline of potential leads, and nurturing relationships with potential customers using Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Identifying points of contact within target companies and reaching out to prospective clients via outbound calls, emails and social media
Making an average of 40 outbound calls to prospects daily with the goal of scheduling platform demos for your Account Executive team
Qualifying new leads and following up on warm leads, owning your pipeline
Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets
Being the face of Falcon.io as you are the first point of contact to engage our potential customers
Becoming an expert on our brand, business, and SaaS product
Staying current on industry news and understanding the social media landscape
Fluency in English, and are a native speaker in either Finnish, Danish, Norwegian or Swedish.

Exceptional ability to organize work and tasks
Experience in cold calling or in a new business generation/real estate/recruitment related role is an advantage
Growth potential, SDRs have a clear growth plan with potential to become Account Executives
