As a Customer Success Manager you will be a part of a goal-oriented sales team, operate closely with the clients and support our sales. The position requires systematicity and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once. The daily tasks consist of proactively contacting clients in various different channels and a wide range of client-related administrative tasks; from product support to building new operating models.

You should have acquired successful experience in fast-paced, multi-channel customer work with the orientation towards sales and results. Past experience in recruiting and human resources is an advantage.
