We have an impressive lineup with serial entrepreneurs, Volvo professionals, top of the line developers, former Googlers and Sunfleet's previous CEO. Not to long from now we will start our international expansion. Today, we are looking for a CGO to join our Heapster family.

Your main tasks & responsibilities at Heap will be:

• Creating the company’s overall marketing plan and creating a growth strategy that will drive user acquisition, retention, loyalty and brand recognition across all markets.

• Performance marketing, plan the marketing budget and constantly monitor and optimize this between channels. 

• Growth hacking the app, working close with front-end developer analyzing user flows and user data from the app. 

• Plan and drive strategic initiatives together with two senior creatives.

• Develop and execute on the local growth & marketing strategy including CRM, Email marketing, Activations, Partnerships and other tactics. 

• Develop user insights, share and act upon them - always iterating and A-B our product offering (such as price packages) as well as lifecycle communication to maximize growth

• Handle PR, writing pressreleases, handle our social media platforms.

The person we’re looking for: Will be able to both plan for and execute on marketing and growth strategies. You are data driven, structured and can keep several projects going at the same time. You can prioritize between different tasks and understand that in a start up not everything can be done perfectly, better done than perfect.

You should have a good understanding of how the digital marketing channels works. Preferred skill is experience of working in Facebook’s Ads manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics. You should be fluent in Swedish.
