As our Junior Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll take on a newly established role within Penneo, reporting to our Head of Marketing, Gautier Garin and working close by with our Brand & Communication Manager, Loredana Musat, and our Automation Manager, Julio Adise.

You have a unique chance to influence and help build the framework of our digital marketing activities, from SEO/SEM to content and social media marketing – all in close collaboration with the awesome Penneo Marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Brand & Communication Manager and Automation Manager to execute on the marketing automation and communication strategy

  • Help with online advertising/pay per click and SEO campaigns including processes, requirements, tactics and execution

  • Page optimization of meta tags, content relevancy, keyword integration, etc.

  • Help creating content for email marketing, social media, blogs, customer stories and ebooks

  • Evaluate & execute link building 

  • Enhance lead generation, capture, and reporting systems

  • Generate new ideas and opportunities to ensure overall communication success

What makes you a great match for this role?

  • You have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • You are a fast learner with a curious mind and problem-solving skills and as a strong interest within B2B

  • You love to learn on a daily basis about digital marketing

  • You have some experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices

  • You own a strong desire and enthusiasm for search marketing and innovative web marketing

  • You have excellent communication skills and can think outside of the box and execute your ideas

  • You hold a Bachelor or a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Digital Marketing
