Our basic setup is ready, however, our ambition is to perfect our marketing machine in order to elevate the Blackwood Seven brand. In alignment with our current strategy, our marketing efforts revolve around Inbound Marketing and Account-based Marketing with the aim of increasing brand awareness and the volume of quality leads.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Global Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of designing and executing the overall marketing strategy of Blackwood Seven. You will be working closely with the sales team and lead the implementation of digital marketing initiatives to grow sales lead volumes and improve key conversion metrics.
Plan and execute all web, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns, and other promotional activity as required.
Contribute with ideas for new and creative growth strategies.
Help create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, website engagement, subscriber usage, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights and ways to optimize performance based on the insights. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points and recommend areas for improvement.
Create valuable and engaging content (e.g. infographics, videos) that attracts and converts target audience, and optimizes user funnels and conversion points.
Skills & Qualifications
This opportunity will suit an experienced hand’s-on marketer with experience in marketing to a global B2B audience and with an entrepreneurial and ambitious mindset. The ideal candidate possesses strong all-round B2B marketing experience, including the latest digital marketing techniques – CRM / Email marketing, marketing automation, content marketing, audience development, lead generation, paid social, SEO, reporting, Google Analytics, etc.
5+ years experience in B2B marketing role working with Inbound- and Account-based Marketing
Extensive experience in managing successful digital campaigns on LinkedIn/Google/Facebook
Experience in maintaining website (Wordpress) as well as forms and landing pages (HubSpot)
Hands-on experience in SEO and content marketing.
Fluent spoken and written English
Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
Excellent interpersonal skills
Project management experience
Preferably previous experience in the SaaS sector or from Telecommunication or Financial Services.
Knowledge of Marketing Mix Modelling and Multiple Touch Attribution is plus
