Shipping containers are becoming the most sustainable and cheapest solution for many building and retail projects, with the container homes market alone projected to grow to USD 73BN per year. We believe by giving more customers better access to containers for alternative use cases, while improving the inherently broken supply chain, we can have huge positive impact on affordable housing and save thousands of tons of CO2 per year.

Join us as a ‘Growth Marketing Specialist’ and help us disrupt an entire industry! You will be the first marketing employee at BOXHUB and leader of our entire marketing efforts, working together directly with senior leadership, sales, and product management.

Your Mission:

  • Definition and execution of entire marketing strategy for AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue) with a focus on acquisition and activation

  • Orchestrate in-house and outsourced marketing capabilities to achieve key top-line growth KPI’s

  • Implement and monitor SEO strategy, including on-page, content, and off-site optimisation

  • Launch our Search Ads from scratch (keyword analysis, campaign structure, A/B copy and landing page tests, dynamic ads) to become best in class in the industry

  • Run controlled tests across different digital marketing performance channels (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, remarketing)

  • Create ad-hoc paid and organic lead generation campaigns (content and SEO)

  • Negotiate deals with 3rd parties to bring qualified leads and traffic to site

  • Define the sales funnel and launch automate marketing campaigns across the customer journey (email, push, SMS, email)

  • Determine and automate reporting and campaigns

  • Implement relevant tech marketing stack

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years digital marketing experience in fast growing companies

  • B2B2C or marketplace experience is a plus

  • Baseline understanding of the complete range of digital marketing channels for AARRR

  • At least one deep level channel expertise in SEO, Search Ads, or Email

  • Strong background in analytics applied to solve business problems, with SQL and Excel/Sheets experience preferred

  • Marketing automation nerd, with interest in consumer psychology and its application to business

  • Motivation to join a startup and love for building a business from scratch, with ability to see how a product and strategy can evolve

  • Focus on personal and professional growth

  • Prioritisation, strategic thinking, fast learning, hands-on attitude, and good humoured when the pressure is on
