As our Creative content Specialist you’ll take on a newly established role within Penneo, reporting to our Head of Marketing, Gautier Garin and working close by with our Brand & Communication Manager, Loredana Musat. You have a big impact on bringing creative ideas to execution, from awareness to lead generation marketing, communicating some strong visual messaging. You have a unique opportunity to influence and build the frames, all in close collaboration with the Brand & Communication Manager and the awesome Penneo team.

Responsibilities
Work directly with the Brand & Communication Manager to establish and execute a creative marketing strategy
Produce and edit compelling visual content (graphics, memes, video clips, etc.) for use on all social and digital platforms
Create content for email marketing, social media, blogs, customer stories and ebooks
Maintain visual guidelines and brand identity
Ensure quality, clarity and consistency of all digital content created and shared through websites, email and social media marketing programs.
Work closely with the Automation team to produce content that generates results using SEO and content development knowledge
Participate in planning and strategizing for inbound marketing campaign execution including content, content schedule, platforms and measurements
Generate new ideas and opportunities to ensure communication success
What makes you a great match for this role?
You’re a strong user within Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and know your way around video editing tools
You have a natural flair for creating beautiful design & content
You can handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
You are a fast learner with a curious mind and problem-solving skills
You love hearing about customers’ needs and you are curious to understand their pains
You enjoy creating and editing videos and know how to get people comfortable in front of the camera
You can think outside of the box and execute your ideas
You hold a Bachelor or a master’s degree in Design, Marketing or Digital Marketing
