We are looking for an italian native colleague to manage our relationship with permaculture farms across Italy. We are a startup developing a network of farms near neighborhoods to produce ultra-local <10km of everyone's homes). Our vision is to have one of these farms near every town since that breaks the destructive nature of logistics (freshness, intermediaries, plastic in packaging, etc..).

During the winter, we partner with italian permaculture farms to provide an alternative to industrial farming practices.

The ideal candidate have experience in the food industry and/or in procurement. Knowledge of new ways of farming (regenerative, permaculture, bio-dynamic, etc.. is a big plus).

You should know italian (native speaker), english and it's a plus if you are deep into danish (although not mandatory).
